Who does it suit?
There are many different styles of yoga and there is a style to suit anyone with a willingness to roll out a yoga mat. The classes I teach are:
The Yoga Basics class explores the yoga postures in more detail with workshop style sections. This allows each student to find stability and ease in the postures. The class is suitable for beginners or for more experienced students who want to spend more time exploring the postures in a gentle way.
Hatha Flow links classical yoga postures in gentle flowing sequences. The class is suitable for physically fit beginners and for more experienced students.
