Private Medical Insurance Physiotherapy Fees
We are registered with most private medical insurance companies and have pre-agreed fees in accordance with their requirements for service provision. Please consult your policy prior to treatment. Most policies require pre-authorisation prior to your appointment and many will require a voluntary excess payable by the patient.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a cancellation policy for all our services and at all our clinics. This information outlines why and how we apply the policy, if needed.

We’re pleased to cancel and re-schedule any appointments at any time, without any penalty or administration fees, up to 24 hours before your assessment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation on the day does incur a 50% cancellation charge, as we will be unable to re-use the time to support other patients.

Non-attendance of your appointment does incur a 100% cancellation charge.

If you are aware you may be late for your appointment please contact our administration team on 01224 316488 at the earliest opportunity and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

We’ll always do all we can to help, although regretfully if you arrive late for your appointment you may not get the full time allocated and will be charged in full for your appointment.

Please note, if your treatment is being covered by private health insurance, pre authorisation is usually required. If you have not preauthorised the treatment, these charges may not be covered and you would be liable for the charge.
