Rolling weekly blocks of individualized exercise program and progressions for people with symptoms of osteoarthritis of the hip or knee. This module utilises the latest scientific evidence to aid those seeking an active alternative for effectively managing their symptoms.

 

The program includes an assessment, hour-long supervised exercise sessions and online resources about osteoarthritis, its progression and its management. Participants are asked to commit to attending the classes on either a Tuesday and Thursday at 11.45 and Wednesdays at 10.45 and 11.45.
